As this Service provides digital content delivered immediately, the following applies:
Refunds
Refunds are not offered once:
- you gain access to premium features
- the first premium report is delivered
- your subscription period begins
This complies with EU digital content rules.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime via:
- PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments
- Stripe Customer Portal (if you subscribed via Stripe)
Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.
After expiration, your account will downgrade to the free tier.
Subscription Billing
You are responsible for maintaining an active payment method.
Failed payments may result in downgrading your membership.
